Eyelash Perming

A fantastic additional treatment you can offer your clients that helps to emphasise their eyes and offers a ‘natural look’ alternative to daily use of eyelash curlers. The products used are safe and gentle on the lashes with immediate results. The natural effect will remain even when wet.

Intimate Waxing

Using specifically designed wax, we teach you how to perform this ever increasingly popular treatment. Using this wax with a gentle formula you will learn how to remove even the coarsest hair in sensitive areas.

No muslin or paper strips are necessary. You will also be introduced to the techniques of ‘pubic topiary’.
There are two workshops available, male and female. You must be an experienced waxer to attend this workshop – models are provided.

Aromatherapy Facial Massage

This workshop is designed for therapists wishing to extend their skills in facial and scalp massage techniques. You will be introduced to the olfactory system and the powerful benefits of essential oils. You will learn the therapeutic properties of the essential oils within the pre-blended oils you will use to carry out the pressure point face and scalp routine.

Breaking in to the bridal market can be a tricky business. In this workshop we not only teach you the practical skills required to provide that flawless finish required for brides, but we also include the business skills necessary to grow and develop your bridal business.

One-day Appointed Person’s First Aid Course

The aim of the course is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver basic life saving techniques in an emergency situation. It is designed for personnel who may be required to provide emergency aid to work colleagues until more qualified help arrives.
The course covers those areas required by HSE, which include a wide range of situations and how to deal with them.


Threading
Threading works by twisting the thread and creating a trap, hairs are caught and forced out by the root. The back and forth rapid movement of the thread removes the unwanted hair efficiently. Threading is so precise that even a single hair can be easily removed.
Threading on the eyebrows and upper / lower lip lasts for 2-4 weeks and facial hair on the sides lasts from 4-8 weeks.

Airbrush Tanning

Exotic Glow Bronzing formula is available in 6%, 8% and 10%. (8% most popular)
Exotic Glow contains 65% Aloe Vera. This product is easy to apply, instantly, and leaves no lingering smell that is often associated with sun-creams & lotions.
Students will leave with a full understanding of their products to ensure a flawless finish, along with pre-tanning requirements, contra-indications and preparation of the skin and be able to advise their client on aftercare. They will also learn machinery set up and maintenance, history of spray tanning, and how DHA reacts with the skin.

Gel Polish – Long lasting enamel
Your clients will love this long lasting technique which ensures the finished results of your manicure or pedicure will last from 3-6 weeks.
Learn how to apply, maintain and remove this very special gel product to the natural nail; with no etching , dehydrating or boning products used, this treatment ensures a healthier natural nail.
Special fast curing LED lamps and the latest nail product technology available speeds up curing time to reduce the treatment time by approximately 1/3 rd of the time compared to traditional gel application techniques.
